The Michigan Collaborative for Type 2 Diabetes (MCT2D) website serves 1000+ clinicians across the state of Michigan. It is a hub for resources, support, and information on quality improvement for diabetes care.

MCT2D was founded in 2021, and after its initial ramp-up period, there was a great need for a more robust and user-friendly website. I worked collaboratively with members of the design and informatics team to lead the design and build of the new site.
